Steve Kanstoroom Talbot County
resident and Hurricane Isabel victim One year ago, Steve
Kanstoroom's Talbot County home was damaged by Tropical Storm
Isabel. After the damage of the storm, many victims were left to
face a second nightmare of dealing with their insurance claims. Red
tape, delays and pennies on the dollars are just a few of the
problems they've encountered. Mr. Kanstoroom has become an advocate
for storm victims, not just in Maryland, but also in Florida. Mr.
Kanstoroom is also preparing a report for Baltimore County Executive
Jim Smith to show the underlying causes of insurance problems and
suggest possible solutions. Related
